Veterans Wellbeing Program @ Currumbin RSL:
This program incorporates experienced sport scientists to provide pathways to increase health, wellbeing, pain/injury management, stress and life purpose through sport and health science.
Our Veteran community need a preventative, positive and pro-active means of mediating common health, wellbeing and community engagement issues experienced by the veteran’s community. There is a demand for community based non-clinical services to improve mental health, physical health, community engagement and purpose after military service.

-Sunday 30 July, 10:00am – 12:30pm, Strength and Conditioning by Matt Hoare.
-Sunday 20 August, 10:00am – 12:30pm, Coming Back Stronger – Inspiration by Robert Kilsby.
